I occupied the first Canadian Telemarketer position for this Belgium company which is now spread all over America. I was heavily involved with the order desk and technical assistance team. During my four years with this multinational, I organised and was involved in two total quality program: One dealing with customer satisfaction (overall Canada and a bit in the USA) using ISO 9002 quality standard procedures and one dealing with the venue of the internet. I organised and played a major role into trade shows, client demonstration and marketing events. In addition, I was actively involved in the OEM QS 2000 certification process committe. I also headed the performance specialty line of product for Canada (Central & West Coast) and dealt with our sister company in the USA.

This telecommunication service company was deeply involved in the 1-800 niche call center movement. Doing consultancy our main client was Unitel doing outbound calls offering toll free and saving long distance services competing right along with AT & T.

Owner and operator of a distribution franchise - Incorporated
I began operating this 'key in hand' small business company as a sole proprietor.

Quebecor World -Messageries Dynamiques - Sub-Distributor
Being a home worker, I managed the distribution of 3,500 copies of 'Le Journal de Montréal' with transportation, distribution, collection, advertising and accounting when the market was saturated.
